Andrew D. Mullen

Andrew’s primary area of practice is civil litigation, with a focus on business litigation, insurance defense, landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, and general civil litigation matters. Andrew joined Parrish Snead Franklin Simpson, PLC in September 2022 after graduating from University of Richmond School of Law.

While in law school, Andrew was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Public Interest
Law Review. He also clerked at the firm in the summer following his second year of law school.
Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Randolph-Macon College in 2019, where he completed both state and federal government internships, and was a member of the varsity baseball team.

Andrew has lived in Virginia his entire life and is an avid sports fan. He is admitted to practice in
Virginia.
