The Firm represents both insurance companies and their insureds in numerous legal matters. We represent insureds in lawsuits and claims brought against them that involve coverage from many types of insurance policies, including automobile policies, commercial general liability policies and homeowner’s policies. We represent insurance companies on liability claims under uninsured and underinsured motorist coverages. We also provide advice and counsel to insurance companies on coverage issues.
