Darrell W. Kuntz, III

Darrell has a civil litigation focused legal practice primarily in the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, business litigation, contract disputes, and general civil litigation. Darrell is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2008, he graduated from Seton Hill University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, having majored in History and Political Science. While at Seton Hill, he played catcher on the baseball team. In 2013, he graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law with a juris doctorate.

Darrell was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2013. He practiced law in Pennsylvania from 2013 until 2020, focusing his practice primarily in the fields of personal injury and domestic relations. In 2020, Darrell and his family relocated to Virginia. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. In 2022, Darrell was selected as a “Rising Star” by Virginia Super Lawyers.

Darrell spends his free time with his wife and three children who enjoy hiking and kayaking. He is also an avid disc golfer and devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
